McGinley, who plays bitter doctor Perry Cox in the hit sitcom, proposed to Nicole Kessler last summer after dating the blonde for just over two years. Guests at the intimate family-and-friends nuptials included actor John Cusack, who hosted a rehearsal dinner for the bride and groom-to-be last Friday. McGinley's nine-year-old son Max, who introduced the couple during a beach encounter, accompanied his new stepmother down the aisle. It was the actor's second marriage; he was previously wed to Lauren Lambert.
